How do I order a cake?

You can order over the telephone or via email.

Does the price quoted include delivery?

Local deliveries are free of charge and include setting up your cake at your venue.  Free delivery areas include all areas within the London Borough of Bromley.  Please let us know where you would like your cake delivered so that we can work out the delivery charge for you.  All our cakes are delivered by our staff to ensure that your cake arrives and is set up in perfect condition.  You can of course, collect your cake from us if you prefer.

What size cake do I need to order?

We will work out the correct size cake for you based on the design and amount of portions the cake is required to cater for.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit of £100 for wedding cakes, with the balance due one month prior to your wedding day.  Corporate cakes are payable within 7 days of ordering and for all other cakes we ask for 50% deposit upfront with the balance due 7 days before event date.  Please note that your cake order is not confirmed and no work will be carried out until we have received your deposit.

How much notice do I need to give for ordering a cake?

We get fully booked most weeks, so it's never too early to order your cake.  Most wedding cakes are booked 6-12 months prior to the wedding date, but we do occasionally have some spaces left, even on the same week that you are ordering for, so definitely give us a call or send an email.

How quickly can you turn around a cake order?

If we have availability we can make a cake within 2 days, depending on the complexity of the cake design.

Do you have spare cakes available for sale?

Unfortunately we do not keep spare cakes in stock.  All our cakes are baked to order.

Can I order a cake if I have an allergy?

Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any allergies.  We can then discuss if it is possible to cater for that allergy or not.
