"Joanna, it has taken me too long to come back to you and thank you for your lovely cakes for our daughter’s birthday party last week
Everyone thought that the fairy cakes were wonderful both in appearance and taste and I am delighted to say that there wasn’t enough time at the party to cut into Amelia’s birthday cake and so we got to take it home and devour it ourselves!
Amelia was delighted with her cake and her face lit up (not a reaction that she’s ever had to any of my cakes, I might add!) when she saw the delightful stars, butterflies and feathers on her special cake!
I questioned my husband on how the cake seemed to be reducing in size so rapidly and he admitted to taking a slice to work every day this week!!
